I recently bought a refurbished hp 8300 sff desktop with hard drive.
i had an old hard drive and I installed a new windows 7 64bit ultimate on it.
when I couldn't get online though Lan cable, I check the device manager.
there I found network , USB and few are missing. And I couldn't install them through windows 7 bootable USB,
as as I don't have another pc laying around , just tablet.
So can you confirm me how to find the missing drivers.

Hi:
If your PC has a dvd drive, download the files, burn them to a CD and use that to install the drivers.
You are going to have to use another windows PC to get the drivers from and burn to a CD, or put them on a usb flash drive.
There is no other way.
Here is the support page for your PC. You will find all of the drivers you need therein.

Hi
To add to Paul's excellent answer...
To connect to the internet you will need an ISP connection, which you seem to have, an active network adapter which Paul helped with, a Gateway IP address (usually on a label on the router) typically 192.168.0.1 but not an absolute.
the DHCP and DNS may be automatic.
My piccy shows some values, but they are not absolute, merely a guidance.
So my 4 values are
IP 192.168.0.31 (the DHCP value)
subnet 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY 192.168.0.1
DNS 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
If in doubt please ask.
