Hello @BigDaddy003 

 

Please update to latest INTEL wireless driver ...

 

1) Visit --->>> Intel Wi-Fi Site

- Download and install WiFi-22.170.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe driver

(2) Restart Windows

(3) Test wireless connection and video playback ( youtube ... )

(4) Please report your results

@Ub6424 in the previous comment you have already told to do this step and following that I had installed new driver. Current version:- 22.170.0.3. But I'm still not getting 5g network and 2.4Ghz network not working smoothly.

(1) Disconnect wireless lan connection

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

( edited ) - Double click <Intel (R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160Mhz> device

- Change advanced settings

 

2.4G Wirless Mode

IEEE 802.11b
IEEE 802.11b/g
IEEE 802.11b/g/n
IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax

 

5G Wireless Mode

IEEE 802.11a
IEEE 802.11a/n
IEEE 802.11a/n/ac
IEEE 802.11a/n/ac/ax

 

(3) Connect wireless lan and test connection

(4) Please report your results

There is no option "realtek wireless device" in the device manager section. Please check the image attached of all items present in the device manager.

There are no such separate options of property for 2.4G Wireless Mode and 5G Wireless Mode. Attached screenshot 214&215 showing all properties available.

There are relatable properties you mentioned, in the attached screenshots 212 & 213, blue highlighted showing property and their current value.
Please let me know what to select.

@Ub6424, I tried that combo. 5G still not coming. Along with this, I tried "Dual band 802.11 a/g with all 3 combinations. Nothing is working.
