Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, every time my laptop isn't charging the network driver seems to fail. When I got to network and settings it has no options, even Bluetooth, wired connection and flight mode arent available. I have to uninstall and reinstall the driver then completely shut down then turn back on, all while make sure the laptop is plugged in again, in order for it to remember how to use connections. Is there any way to sort this? I've tried rolling the driver back, I've tried going back to previous versions of windows.
