Hp laserjet pro m148 wifi will not connect no wps button with new router. how to connect

Hp laserjet pro m148dfw , changed router , router has no wps . touch screen does not show wizard  to put in new password. Help

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network?

When I tried to reconnect printer after gone for a few months, it asks for the pin number when I try to reinstall it.

Can't find the pin number.

I do have it connected to my laptop direct, so odd.
