Hoping somebody cab help . I got my daughter an HP Pavillion will not connect to my virgin wifi or even detect it . All other devices in my house connect fine and I spent 45minutes  on the phine to Virgin and they said everything is fine . I have goggled thus issue and apparently is a common problem.but HP laptops and virgin  wifi but i cant seem to find a solution.  Somebody said it's because of Windows 10 . It does not even find the network when it's plugged I to the router 😕 please help I have one disappointed teenage girl .

Did you allow Virgin router to broadcast 2.4GHz ? Please do that first.
