I understand that your HP laptop is unable to connect to the internet.

 

To narrow this down, could you please provide:

The exact HP laptop model/product number.

Your Windows version (Windows 10 or 11).

Are you trying to connect through Wi-Fi or Ethernet?

Does the laptop see your Wi-Fi network, or are no networks listed?

What happens when you try to connect? Does it show an error message or simply fail to connect?

Can your phone or another device connect to the same Wi-Fi network successfully?

 

Once we have these details, we can determine whether the issue is with the laptop's network adapter, Wi-Fi connection, or the network itself.
