I applied to the HP laptop subscription on the site. I did not get a laptop I have not received my money back I tried to call customer service and they told because I got an email saying my subscription was canceled because it said they were suspicious activity on my account but it was just me trying to remember what my password was because they don't allow!? And I forgot to head to change it for that site cuz I use a similar one for a lot of my accounts. So I called HP customer service and the guy told me that no my subscription was not canceled and he told me to expect the tracking number later in the day or something well I never got a tracking number I never got my laptop I keep trying to reach somebody and it's like nobody can help me can anyone here help me I would really like to do this laptop subscription I'm in school right now and it's the perfect opportunity for me to be able to pay a certain amount of money a month and then when I'm done with it I guess I'm supposed to return it and that's cool.
