I am unable to find my way out of this page, when I continue startup it goes right back to product info not valid. I am not very computer smart but get by but this time I am stumped, it all started when I updated Windows 10 and ended up at 64% for 3 days, thank you much for any help!!
I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
