Hi @Selanyat,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're unable to access your SIM card on your HP laptop and the cellular option is not available in your network and internet settings, there could be a few potential reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot.

  • Check SIM Card Slot: Ensure that you have inserted the SIM card properly into the SIM card slot on your laptop. Sometimes, improper insertion can cause connectivity issues.
  • Update Drivers: Make sure that your laptop's drivers, especially those related to network connectivity, are up to date. You can do this by going to the HP support website, entering your laptop's model number, and downloading the latest drivers.
  • Enable Cellular Connection: Sometimes, the cellular option may not appear in the network settings if the cellular radio is disabled. Check your laptop's documentation or HP support website to find out how to enable the cellular radio.
  • Check for Airplane Mode: Ensure that your laptop is not in airplane mode, as this can disable all wireless connections, including cellular.
  • Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues by refreshing the system.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with accessing your SIM card on your HP laptop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
