Hi @rricc,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are unable to connect your HP Officejet 4630 E-All-In-One Printer to your new network, you can try the following steps.

  • Check the network settings on your printer: Go to the settings on your printer and check if it is set up for the correct network name and password. Make sure that the printer is set up for the same network that your computer is connected to.
  • Restart your printer: Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it on again. This may help reset the printer and allow it to connect to your new network.
  • Restart your router: Sometimes the issue may be with the router rather than the printer. Restarting the router can help resolve connectivity issues.
  • Check your network signal strength: Check the signal strength of your network. If it is weak, try moving your printer closer to your router.
  • Check for firmware updates: Check the manufacturer's website to see if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware may help resolve connectivity issues.
  • Reset your printer to factory settings: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset your printer to its factory settings. This will erase all settings and configurations, so be sure to back up any important data before doing so. To reset your printer to factory settings, go to the settings menu and select "Restore Defaults" or "Reset All Settings".

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
