I changed my internet service from Cox to Verizon and can't get the printer to connect...gone through all the help and virtual assistant steps and nothing works.  Even have the printer connected to my laptop now and still can print anything.

You may need to reset the printer and that is shown on page 6. Page 26 shows how to do the WPS or push button setup.
