when i check in hp official website they said broadcom 802.11 network adapter to install, but it showing " error"update.cpp 1189"has occured and setup cannot continue". what should i do ? any one pls help me?

You need this driver...

 

This package provides the Broadcom Wireless LAN drivers for supported notebook models running a supported operating system. Broadcom Wireless LAN drivers are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN adapter.

If that doesn't work, please post the hardware ID for the device you see listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

 

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID.

You will need to reinstall W10 and then use this broadcom driver...
