I'm not able to connect to WiFi on the computer, I've been having this problem about few weeks now, It was not a big deal at first because it was not happening so often, and I was able to solve it through get help section on settings, but as the days passed by I started getting blue screen after solving the problem through get help, that is when I realised there is something wrong with the computer, after trying few things on my own from the forums that I've checked and the videos that I saw, I didn't got any improvement, so I decided it was the best decision to reset the computer and the windows to see if there is any problem about the system or hardware, the computer got a reset but now I can't connect to WiFi in any condition, the get help is not changing anything as well, so I don't know what is wrong and what to do right now.
