Hi:

 

Your model does not come with built in Bluetooth hardware, which is why you can't figure out how to connect to your Bluetooth speakers.

 

The Ralink RT5390 wifi adapter your notebook has, is wifi only, not a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

 

The easiest thing to do to add Bluetooth networking capability to your notebook, would be to purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter. 

 

I use this one for example...
