I bought my HP350 blue tooth keyboard 2 days ago. The connectivity suddenly stopped and won't restart.  My laptop system and setting panel tells me the keyboard blue tooth is turned off.

Hi @Cosmo1000,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP350 Bluetooth keyboard is not connecting and your laptop indicates that Bluetooth is turned off, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.

  • Check Keyboard Battery: Ensure that the keyboard has sufficient battery power. If the battery is low or depleted, the keyboard may not connect properly. Replace or recharge the batteries if necessary.
  • Turn Bluetooth On: Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on both on your laptop and the keyboard. In some cases, a physical switch or button on the keyboard can toggle Bluetooth on and off. Refer to your keyboard's manual for instructions.
  • Restart Bluetooth on Laptop: Go to your laptop's settings or system tray and turn off Bluetooth. Wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can refresh the Bluetooth connection and may solve the problem.
  • Update Bluetooth Drivers: Ensure that your laptop has the latest Bluetooth drivers installed. Visit the HP website or use Windows Update to check for driver updates.
  • Re-pair the Keyboard: Remove the keyboard from the list of paired devices on your laptop and then re-pair it. This process varies depending on your operating system, so check your laptop's user manual for specific instructions.
  • Check for Interference: Bluetooth devices can be affected by interference from other electronic devices. Make sure there are no other devices nearby that may be causing interference. Additionally, try moving the keyboard closer to the laptop.
  • Bluetooth Troubleshooter: Use the built-in Bluetooth troubleshooter on your laptop. In Windows, you can find this in the Settings app under "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot" > "Additional troubleshooters."
  • Check Keyboard Compatibility: Ensure that your HP350 Bluetooth keyboard is compatible with your laptop's Bluetooth version. If there is a mismatch, it may cause connectivity issues.
  • Check for Physical Damage: Examine the keyboard for any physical damage or loose connections.

Remember to consult the user manuals for both your laptop and the keyboard for specific instructions related to Bluetooth connectivity and troubleshooting.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
