I cant find my network on my laptop. I ask Specrtum support and they recomended to connect with you.

In the other device everything work cool, it is problem only on the Laptop. Another networks the laptop find. Please i have a job and i must work only on the laptop. Please help me. And my name is Vova😉.

Was it working normally before or is this the first time you are connecting to wifi with this pc?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
