I thought it could use LTE in a laptop. 

-->LTE-enabled laptop.

Some agents are said to be available and others are not allowed.

Can I use LTE (WWAN)?

Hi,

It does not have the WWAN module as we can see in the specs for the device. It has WLAN module:

Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 5 Combo (Supporting Gigabit file transfer speeds)
