I dont want to use printername and password when i trying to print fom my iPad

i dont understand why my 8720 printer trying to force me to use the  strange printername and a unknown password when trying tonprint from my iPad

Is the user name similar to 'Direct-xx-Officejet pro 8720'? If so, it's the WiFi direct name and password. WiFi direct connection will allow Wi-Fi capable devices (for example: smart phones, tablets, or computers) to make a wireless network connection directly to your printer without using a wireless router or access point. The WiFi direct Username and password should be available on the Wi-Fi direct summary. 

Here is how you can access the Wi-Fi direct summary:

1.) From the Home screen on the printer display, select   Wi-Fi direct icon.

2.) Press the button next to Display Password to display the wireless direct password.

t is complicatede. It still says wrong name or code.

Please write accurate  what i am going to do. Do i had to use capitol letters?

From the Home screen on the printer display, select   Wi-Fi direct icon. The WiFi direct details screen will be displayed. Touch the Settings icon  and change the connection setting to Automatic or vice versa and then try connecting the iPhone to printer using WiFi direct.

im still not  printin anything from my iPad. i can't  my priner with my iPad7iPhone. Direct prin says give me a name and code:12345678 .  I cant use that. It says wrong name or password.  What shall I do next? Please give me an exsplanation for idiots.

Helo! I cant still print with my iPhone. Why is it so difficult to make simple prints from a  Iphone? My Epson  xp860 did i with out question. And so did my old hp j4610. it is so silly that it make so much  trouble. My Iphone and ipad are connected to the printer but it ask for name and code. A.fter that it says wrong name or code..

Have you tried changing the connection setting to Automatic using the printer control panel display?

Would you be able to post a picture of the password prompt.

the printer is allready connected  by Wi-fi  automatic. to my local net. 192.168.0.102 

i must make a lot af workaround to us my iO devices. no troubs at  all using window 10. through my pictures in iPad icn print

but never Outlook 365
