I have an internal network adapter issue where the internet drops out and I need to restart the adapter to get internet back. Started a warranty case with HP, never got any more help and my case was closed with no resolution. How do I get back in touch with HP to get this fixed?

Any diagnostics tells me the network adapter is fine, but I spoke with an IT person that said there is a known issue with the network adapters from HP and he had gotten laptops replaced at his work for this issue.

I am running an external antenna that works great, so I know it is not a networking issue with my WiFi.  Is HP support that terrible to get this resolved?  Even if they sent my a new working network adapter I can get that replaced, it's more of the principle now that my case was just closed with no message or resolution.

Hi @RobertIncognito,

Thank you for getting back and sharing the case number. I did try to look it up, but I wasn’t able to find any details, as I don’t currently have access to that information.

If you have a different case number, please feel free to share it. Alternatively, you can send me the PC serial number in a private message, which would be even better. That will allow me to check further and see what more I can find to assist you.
