I have a new WIFI network, and am trying to reconnect my printer. The HP app recognises it, but keeps saying it's 'off' (even though the printer is on) so it won't let me connect to the wifi, so as to print. I've tried resetting it (by holding down the wifi and cross symbols concurrently), but it's not doing anything. Please could you advise asap? Thanks, Cate

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:
Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
