I have an HP Elitebook 840 G2 Serial [Personal Information Removed], My Laptop's Bluetooth didn't work I Have Done many settings and tried to install the driver from hp support but couldn't find the Bluetooth driver.

What is the WLAN module on your machine ? Please use Device Manager to find out.

Based on the serial number of your notebook it comes with an Intel 7265 AC Wi-Fi adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

You can use the latest W10 BT driver directly from the Intel website:

 

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 and Windows 11*
