No bluetooth found Before and after windows installation

Hi:

 

Not all HP 620's came with built in Bluetooth.

 

Install the HP Wireless Assistant software, restart the PC, and see if you can turn on the Bluetooth using the HP Wireless Assistant software.

 

This package contains the HP Wireless Assistant for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The HP Wireless Assistant is a user application that provides a way to control the enablement of individual wireless devices (such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or WWAN devices) and that shows the state of the radios for these wireless devices.

If you cannot, then your PC is one of many HP 620's that did not come with built in Bluetooth.
