Hi

can anyone help me to reinstate my internet connection. I have a Pavillion g6-2210aa model, operating withe Windows 8. I have gone through all the hub checks with my service provider and everything is ok. When I go through the ‘Network Diagnostics’ the message “No Ethernet network detected (102). A network cable is not properly connected or may be broken”.

My laptop was working fine through ‘wireless’ connectivity a few days ago, but now It’s got no connection.
