HP 19 All in One
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi,

My Hp 19 All in One PC will connect to our congregation wifi and recognize it as an option.  It won't recognize a staff wifi exists.

Both are password protected.

One is simply the 2.4 GHz and the other 5GHz.  I have moved the PC directly next to the router, still no option to click for staff.

Other devices will pick up the staff wifi in the room where the PC resides.

I've updated the wifi software, still no change.

Any help would be great!!

Jessica Porter

Hi @Porter4817,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to connect to the 5Ghz wireless network.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer based on the model number you have provided and I see that your computer supports only 2.4 GHz. It has a Wireless LAN 802.11b/g/n featuring Single-band (2.4Ghz) 1x1.

Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
