Is it an HP 2000-2d02EIA machine ? Its specs

It came with FreeDOS. Have you installed wireless driver to your computer yet ? You have to do that first.

 

You did not supply right information with you question, firstly wrong model and secondy you did not say you installed Windows 8.1 yourself, just simply "I'm not able connect to a wireless router, it says IEEE802.11 WLAN not exist. Any help?"
