i need to know where i can find a wireless driver and an audio driver for this hp envy 17m ce 0013 dx with Windows 10 before i trash it - tired

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with an Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 5 adapter.

I recommend you install the latest Wi-Fi driver directly from the Intel website at the link below:

 

Intel® Wireless Wi-Fi Drivers for Windows® 10 and Windows 11*

 

There are 3 audio driver versions listed on your notebook's support page.

 

I would install the Realtek driver with the newest release date as well as the Intel Smart Sound Technology Driver.

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
