Hi,
Richard N. Davis here the owner of internet offers now, I ordered last month 50 notebooks from HP. The majority of them keep disconnecting from the wifi , Even though we updated drivers and are using windows 11 on every notebook. Can you please suggest a solution or should I return them to exchange them with the new one?

(2) Let me check your current system configuration. |
Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:
--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:
OS Name |
Version |
System Model |
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) ) |
Processor |
BIOS Version/Date |
(3) Start Windows <device manager>
- Expand <Network adapters>
--->>> Send screenshot
(4) Please report your results
