Did you know your Pavillion dv7-3188cl machine does NOT support Windows 11. You did take a backdoor route to install Windows 11 to your machine, you have to live with that.

The dv7-3xxx model series came with separate HP Bluetooth modules.

 

The parts list for your notebook does not indicate that it came with one of those modules.

Here is a similar model to yours and as you can see this model has the HP Bluetooth module (last item).

In conclusion, your notebook never had Bluetooth capability according to the available information.
