Iam not able to connect wifi with 5g router, iam trying many times and updated my system Even but I can't found any solutions for this please help

Hi:

 

If you can't connect your notebook to the 5.0 GHz wifi band, then your notebook only has a single band (2.4 GHz only) wifi adapter.

 

If your notebook has the Realtek RTL8723BE or DE wifi adapter, then that is the problem and there is no fix other than to replace the adapter with this one...

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

 

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express. 

 

I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

RTL8821CE - Buy RTL8821CE with free shipping on AliExpress

 

On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the wifi adapter removal and replacement procedure.

Other than eBay or Ali Express, unfortunately I wouldn't know where else you can purchase that model wifi adapter.

 

I checked both part numbers for the card on Amazon, India and nothing showed up.

 

Perhaps a local PC repair shop in your city has one or can locate one for you.

 

That is a are pretty common wifi adapter.

You have to buy and install the RTL8821CE wifi adapter.

 

The software is useless without the proper hardware.
