Hello @JoeMohamed122
My possibilities to help you are now exhausted...
There is something wrong with your wireless module. It must be replaced ! |
HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service repair
HP warranty expired:
If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
Good luck

Hello @Ub6424 , hope ur doing well 🙂
I did change my time and date and rerun the test but it still has the same problem , the same log with the same timestamp shows up " timestamp: Oct 2 2018 11:20:56 "
and I tried to do a cloud recovery through a USB flash drive to help fixing this problem but it has failed 😕

Hello @JoeMohamed122
Please explain what failed ? The <HP Cloud Recovery> or Wireless functionality ?
