Elitebook x360 1030 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Elitebook x360 1030 G4 notebook which came with an Intel XMM 7360 LTE mobile broadband device installed. The device stopped working properly after, I think, either a firmware or Windows 10 upgrade. First it would continually try to configure itself (unsuccessful), then it stopped working altogether and has since appeared to have uninstalled as a network adapter, although the driver is still present. The notebook is still under warranty but I can't seem to find anywhere that I can take the notebook to for service or repair, or even a contact number on HP's site. I use this equipment extensively for work and am becoming quite frustrated as I can't seem to identify why this issue has occurred or where at HP I can take the problem for assistance.

As an addition to my previous post, the Windows edition being run is 21H1.  The Broadband adapter is still listed under Network Adapters in Device Manager but is hidden and claims in Properties to be disconnected from the computer, even though it is not.
