I think I linked you to one that would work. You found the other one and there was no picture to go by. Seems it is not the same. The one I linked had a picture so I am sure it would be the same.

We've been looking at the wrong service manual.  This is the correct one:

The card that is currently in my computer has one wire (is this the antenna?) connected to it. My model is a 7th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-7200U Processor 2.5GHz. 

 

IPage 11 lists options, but I'm having trouble interpreting if there is a card other than the Realtek that will work. If I'm reading this correctly, it seems like only the Realtek cards are compatible. Can you assist?
