HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd1000 (917U0AV)

I performed a system reset on my HP laptop and am currently stuck in Windows setup. The software is asking me to install a network adapter driver. I’ve tried to download the driver packages from the HP website using a different computer, but none of them are recognizable as drivers to the setup software.  I've tried the Shift+F10 trick to try to bypass it, but it doesn't work. Is there a driver package that I can download that the Windows setup software can recognize?

Don't worry. Use Mobile USB tethering and it will work same.

Set Up Tethering on Phone
Turn on your mobile data, Connect your phone to the laptop with a USB cable (phone end in, laptop USB port). On phone: Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & Tethering > Turn ON "USB tethering." Allow any pop-ups. Your laptop screen should show connection.

(Similar steps on iPhone if you have that, find it, if face any issue then let me know)
