@philbilly
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Have you tried with a different browser?
  • Are you getting any error message or code?

While you respond to that, let's try this workaround:

Resetting Internet Explorer settings can resolve many types of problems.

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools from the Menu bar (if the Menu bar is not displayed, press Alt to open it), and then click Internet Options.

  2. Click the Advanced tab.

  3. Click Reset.

    Figure: Internet Options: Reset button

    Internet Options: Reset button
  4. When done, close all open Internet Explorer windows, reopen Internet Explorer, and then try to view the Web page again.

    For more information and a video, see the Microsoft support article How to reset Internet Explorer settings

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
