I just bought my laptop (HP Laptop 14) last february 2025, lately i had encountered some trouble issues on the network. At first, I thought it was the internet itself but when I use another device, didn't encounter the same issue. My internet goes and off. What do you think is the problem? Thank you

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Update Wi-Fi Driver:
Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, right-click your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Update Driver
Forget and Reconnect:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi, select your network, and click Forget. Then reconnect with your password.
Run Network Troubleshooter:
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters and run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
Check Windows Updates:
Go to Settings > Windows Update and click Check for updates.
Power Settings:
Go to Settings > System > Power & Battery > Additional power settings. Set Wireless Adapter Settings to Maximum Performance.
Reset TCP/IP Stack:
Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run: netsh int ip reset
Then restart your laptop.
