Internet driver not installing

I have a windows 11 PC (15-fd0083wm) and I am trying to install the sp166005 internet driver. (this is my first post for help so I don't know what I'm doing) and it came in an exe file. I cannot extract it because I do not have network so I cannot install 7zip or winrar. I have tried checking all folders (e.g. C:\temp) for the .inf file but I cannot find it. My PC will not recognize it either so it says the best network driver on my PC is some miniport driver I think. I do not know how to get it to recognize it. Thank you for the help!

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it has a Realtek RTL8852BE-VS Wi-Fi adapter.

You need this driver for that model Wi-Fi card:

HP Laptop 15-fd0083wm (7L2C7UA) Software and Driver Details

You can run the driver and it will extract to a folder C:\SWSetup\sp162860

Running the driver exe file on your notebook should automatically install the driver.

However, if you need it, the driver setup information file is in C:\SWSetup\sp162860\src\Drivers\WRTLANE_Driver\Win10X64\netrtwlane601.inf
