After my laptop is in sleep mode for approximately 2hrs, internet does not get connected. It shows no network connections available. Then when i try to restart it does not and after a long time shows PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM and shutsdown autoamtically. I bought a new laptop only a week ago.

Note: Update the BIOS for HP support website ( take Sure the charger is connected while updating the BIOS )
