Laptop wired and wireless issue - After initially opening web browser, the connection seems to pause on and off for the first 5 minutes or so, after that there are no issues. I get the warning alert pop down that web page is slow to download, asking if I want to wait to continue to the downloading page. This only happens on the laptop, not on any other devices. I have a Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6  AX201 160MHz network adapter.

I did a diagnostic check and the drivers are up to date. Is there something else I can check?

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Also, doing the diagnostic testing, no issues were found.

And I have used the laptop at another home with a different internet provider and had the same issue.

Since it happens with both wired and wifi I think I would try resetting the Winsock catalog and then the TCP/IP stack. Open a cmd prompt and run it as administrator. Then:

> netsh winsock reset

> netsh init ip reset

then restart the laptop
