Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am considering to upgrade my wifi card to Intel 9260. My system is HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bq121dx, powered by AMD Ryzen 2500u. Is the wifi card compatible  with my laptop?

Regards,

Chihwei

@Chihwei,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that Intel 9260 wireless card is not tested on the computer. However, based on the specifications of the wireless card it should work fine with the computer.

Below are the tested wireless cards on the computer.

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11 AC 2×2 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (non-vPro) and

Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11 AC 2×2 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) WLAN formats.

Please refer to the below service manual for your computer for more information.

Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
