Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I have been  having trouble figuring out whether or not my HP PC has Bluetooth implemented into it, so I'm just asking for any sort of help on how to find out if my HP PC has Bluetooth and how to connect it to other devices.

Sorry, I can't answer question because I don't know your machine.  What is it ? Please use the following instructions to find out:

 

       https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2039298-1862169-16

 

Note: Your machine runs Vista, probably more than 7 years old now. Most likely no Bluetooth. Please try a dongle USB-Bluetooth. This may help.
