Hi Joaquin,

May I know which Azurewave WLAN/BT module model you are using?

Are you an distributor or an end user?

We will directly support the brand company or ODM, have you reported your problems to HP distributor or HP service center?

Regards,

Gerry

Hi, Gerry

I'm an end user, the module model it's the BCM94352HMB.

I Contact Hp Support, they send me talk to you.

-- So I didn't have an answer since this last message...  this was the day 5 of November...

Hello @JoaquinDillen

Contact the gentleman again in a friendly manner and keep us (the HP community) updated.

This was the answer...

Hi Joaquin,

I don't think we can directly support you with this problem. Your Notebook is integrated by HP, so you must first ask HP about the situation you encounter, and then HP will determine how to deal with it because your problem is not necessarily caused by the BT module.

Regards,

Gerry
