Hello,
I recently bought a new laptop, installed windows 10 64bit on it, but when i logged in, I saw that there is not wi-fi driver, because i could not connect to any wifi it had red cross on the internet icon.
So from my old laptop I went into the HP website, entered the serial and product number of the laptop and downloaded all network drivers that were available for this device. I upload them on USB and tranffered it onto my new laptop.
But nothing worked, I've got the LAN driver and Bluethooth driver, but not the WI-FI one, it was no effect after installation
And i wanted to know if the drivers provided officially are appropriate for this device.
Thank you :))
Laptop - 15s-eq1030nq
Serial Number - [personal info removed]
Product Number - 1K9W4EA

You're very welcome.
Is there a device listed in the device manager with a little ! mark next to it that is labeled as a Network Controller?
If so, that is the wifi adapter that needs a driver.
I think the version of W10 you installed is too old to support many of the newer drivers.
What I suggest you do is to use another Windows PC, and make a bootable USB installer with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After you create the bootable installation media, plug it into your PC's USB port and open the installer and click on the Setup application, and that will update your W10 Pro to the latest version (21H1).
If you do not see a Network controller device, then most likely there is a problem with the wifi adapter, and you should either return the PC for an exchange or contact HP support in Bulgaria and submit a support case under the warranty.

Hi:
According to the parts list for your notebook, it comes with a Realtek RTL8821CE AC wifi adapter.
Here is the link to the latest wifi driver for that model wifi adapter...
This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE, RTL8822CE, RTL8852AE and RTL8852BE wireless LAN Controller in the supported computer models running a supported Windows 10 or Windows 10 Cloud operating system.
