Pavillion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I just bought a HP pavillion laptop, but I have no connection with my wifi network. Other networks are in the list (from neighbours for example), but not mine. I added my network but still it is not in the list. On my other laptop and phone there is connection with my network, except on this laptop. What could be the problem?

Thanks

Hi

The WiFi could be either a 2.4 Ghz or a 5.0 Ghz (or both).

Your laptop may only have 1 frequency.   So model please.

Wireless connectivity
Intel® 802.11ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo (Miracast compatible)

I guess it is a single frequency 2.4 ghz WiFi.

You don't actually say what networks you have.
