wireless keyboard and mouse 300

Hi. I started using the Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300. After a couple of hours, my laptop just commenced the shutdown process. This would be halted by dialogue boxes, allowing me to cancel. However I would lose any work in web-based apps. And the problem would keep recurring.  I tried new batteries, same issue.

I have had no such issues with a wired keyboard and mouse.

Thanks,

Glenn
