Hi everybody,
I would like to know if it is possible to set or to change my ethernet speed setting, 100Mb at the moment, to have my old notebook in my fiber home network (p to 1Gb).
DO I have to use a net adapter to SB port?
No solution?
Thanks a lot
Mike

Hi, Mike:
The ethernet adapter is an integral part of the motherboard and if 10/100 is what it is rated at, then there is nothing you can do other than to purchase a USB to RJ-45 gigabit ethernet adapter.
They will work best if run from a USB 3 port and may not achieve the full 1 GB/S throughput from a USB 2 port.
