HP Recommended

Hi All,

 

I have an HP 15-da0073ms laptop and from what I've read on the HP support website, it has a 1 Gigabit ethernet adapter.  However, it's only connected at 100/100. I've tried installing the latest updated drivers from Realtek, a new cable, a clean install of windows 10 and changed the device settings from auto to 1Gbs in speed control in advanced settings.  None of which has worked.  I'm stumped!  Any ideas?
