I have an HP laptop model # 15t-r100. I just got a new Verizon Fios router at my house so my WiFi changed. I can see every other WiFi network around me available besides mine. I’ve tried changing the WiFi channel number, uninstalling virus protection, just about everything. I can’t fix it and I can’t use my WiFi. My laptop internet works when I connect an Ethernet cord and all my other devices are connected to my WiFi. Help how do I find my router?!

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Is the Router set to 5G settings?
Since the Ethernet works and you are able to detect other Networks except for your wireless, this is an issue with the Router settings
I suggest you contact your ISP and they should be able to sort this out.
Thank you
