Hi, for the last few months my laptop has trouble with its wi-fi module - sometimes after turning on it just doesn't acknowledge it. Like, not just that wi-fi function doesn't exist, it doesn't even know that this hardware is installed, I can't find any logs of it. The only thing that acknowledges that wi-fi module is there and just doesn't work, is the hp support assistant. It shows a warning for wireless network module, but doesn't give an error ID.

Once, it helped to turn on network boot in BIOS, but it was only on first time. Second time, hard resetting helped. I downloaded newest drivers for everything from hp website after that. On the third time, today, nothing helps - changing bios settings, hard resetting, rolling the system back, reinstalling drivers from hp recovery manager, even reinstalled windows entirely. Also worked through all the options hp virtual assistant gave me, nothing. Now, I realize that it might be a hardware issue, but like I said, the issue occurred before and was seemingly solved through software means. I also opened the lid on it after the second incident, and physically nothing seems to be wrong with any of the parts, nothing is damaged and all wires are connected. I want to make sure I've exhausted all software solutions before taking it to service. I'll leave it until tomorrow and maybe it somehow fixes itself, but until then if there are any ideas on what else there might be to do, please let me know. Or if It fixes itself, what can be done while it has internet to prevent that issue from happening again. I should mention, I don't have a spare computer or ethernet cable, and Bluetooth is apparently working fine.
