but how can I replace the particular software that with new one and what that software actually is???......my wifi current driver is Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 and soft is Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and another information is after restarting by force shutdown computer works normally with any kind of problem but suddenly it become freez(7/8 time a day ) and I can not find any error issue with any driver or software related. Be acknowledged taht, my computer worked very smoothly while doing heavy task...I can play High end game with full hd setting smoothly and in that time it never got hanged...

That is why I wanted to check out the hardware but it passed. I would completely remove the Pro Set software and choose the advanced option to delete the driver files currently on the hard drive and then load the latest drivers from the Intel website:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/94854/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-3168
A brand new set of drivers was issued on July 11.

We can hoper that the installation of the new driver "over the top" of the older driver will work but sometimes does not get rid of whatever was the problem. Thats why I like the complete uninstall of the driver and clean install of new driver.
Do this:
And then have the driver files ready to install again when the computer seeks a driver for the wireless card.

First I have uninstalled Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 device from device manager and then restarted my pc then I installed network drivers from HP ( https://support.hp.com/id-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-14-al100-notebook-pc/12499206/model/136... ) and in last I have installed it( https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26924/Wireless-Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-...). Was it in right way?
