HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK 14-al144T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing problem with this product from the day I purchased it. Problem is when it connected to wifi connection  it suddenly it hanged/freezes and I had to force shut down by holding power button for 5 sec. I have faced 10-12 times a day from day 1. I am again saying it happens suddenly so there is no way to check it up where is the problem but one thing I am ensuring you it happened only on connected with wifi....

When you uninstall you have to select the advanced option which also deletes the driver files from the hard drive. When all is said and one you want to be using the very latest driver from the Intel site, not the driver from the HP site, which is older.

Tap esc + f2 to enter diagnostic mode. Run the test on the wireless card and see if any errors pop up. Likely answer is a bad wireless card or perhaps a driver problem but let's exclude hardware first.

First sentence of my post:

Tap esc + f2 to enter diagnostic mode.

Turn it on, immediately tap esc...menu comes up, choose f2 and enter diagnostic mode.

it asks me to create a uefi partition named hp_tools and my windows is unable to do that because it already have 4 partition. So it said in can not be installed

You should have the option to put it on a bootable usb stick and run the diagnostics from there.
